A new opportunity for installers

NIBE Home is a new direct to consumer channel, designed to support homeowners from the very start of their heating journey. The platform improves understanding of low carbon solutions, offers a fully managed route to installation, and strengthens long term confidence in heat pump technology. In doing so, it also complements the broader industry ecosystem by helping drive informed demand, consistent delivery and high quality installations. This initiative sits alongside NIBE’s established installer network, ensuring that customer choice remains broad and installer opportunities stay strong.

Under the new NIBE Home model, homeowners will be able to engage directly with NIBE to secure a complete heat pump solution, including MCS compliant system design, documentation and aftercare, all managed by NIBE.

For installers, this creates a fresh route into heat pump work. Through a dedicated channel for air source heat pump installations, NIBE will:

Handle system sales and homeowner communication, allowing you to focus on what you do best, quality installation delivery.

Manage full compliance, design and documentation, reducing administrative burden for subcontracting installers.

Provide predictable, local installation opportunities without the installer needing to hold MCS certification themselves when working under NIBE’s certification umbrella.

Undertake final commissioning and customer handover, while you deliver the on-site installation work.

Complementing the NIBE Pro network

NIBE Home expands access to the market, but it does not replace our NIBE Pro network. Our NIBE Pro scheme supports installers to grow their capability, achieve MCS accreditation, and deliver more complex and bespoke heat pump projects at scale.
