Delivered by industry experts, this training gives you the knowledge and confidence to install our systems correctly from day one. It’s designed to help you work more efficiently on site, avoid common installation issues, and reduce the likelihood of call-backs.

Once trained, you’ll be able to purchase through your preferred merchant, combining the benefits of proper product knowledge with the convenience of trade counter access.

Once trained you'll be given our dedicated technical phone line which gives you direct access to experienced NIBE support staff when you need it most. Whether you’re on-site during installation or troubleshooting after commissioning, our team is here to provide fast, expert guidance to keep your install moving.

Our Heat Pump Electrical Course is designed specifically for electricians who want to gain the knowledge and confidence to work with NIBE heat pumps. Covering all aspects of the electrical requirements of the product, giving you the confidence to wire in a NIBE heat pump with ease.
