Wayne works at Brian Slattery Plumbers Ltd – a business with a remarkable 165-year history in plumbing and heating solutions and a proud record of installing NIBE’s heat pump systems. They recently earned the 2023 Federation of Master Builders Sustainability Award for Yorkshire and Trent for the installation of a NIBE ground source heat pump in a 5-bedroom new build. Training Journey
Wayne began his personal training journey with NIBE from scratch, guided step by step through the requirements for MCS Certification, including NIBE’s industry recognised training and technical support. Wayne is therefore fully versed in NIBE’s heat pump systems, having gained hands-on experience with the systems and real-world practice.
Wayne also undertook NIBE’s CIPHE Low Temperature Heating and Hot Water course, gaining expertise sizing heat pumps for different homes and ensuring his customers are comfortable and saving money on their energy bills.
