myUplink PRO

The NIBE myUplink PRO app is developed for the NIBE S-series. myUplink PRO offers a range of features to easily diagnose, monitor, and adjust heat pumps.

With myUplink PRO, you can invite your connected customers for quick status checks and remote diagnostics from wherever you are. Additionally, you can receive alerts immediately if something happens at the customer's location, allowing for prompt action. With the myUplink PRO app, you can do this and much more.

With Direct Connection (Free Service):

  • Access to all menus and settings directly on your phone.
  • Control functions during troubleshooting without being in front of the display.
  • Easy commissioning via the startup wizard directly on your phone.
  • Software updates are always the latest.

With a Service Partner Subscription (Paid Service):

  • Invite your connected customers for quick status checks and remote diagnostics from wherever you are.
  • Links the customer to your company, for example, through a service agreement.
  • Control of the installation during new installations.
  • Receive alerts immediately if something happens at the customer's location, allowing for prompt action.
  • Customer contact information directly in the app.

FAQs:

How do I create an account?

1. Click on "register account" and enter your email, password, and agree to the terms of use. Click "next."

2. Fill in your name and address details. Then click "register," and a verification link will be sent to the provided email.

3. Click on the link, log in, and fill in your company details. Choose "BRAND" NIBE by typing 'N,' and NIBE will appear, agree to the subscription terms, and click "register."

How do I order the "Cloud service" on myUplink PRO?

It can only be ordered via the web-based page. Log in with your login details, and under Service Partner/Subscription, you can order the service.

How do I establish a direct connection to the heat pump?

  • Activate direct connection on the heat pump in menu 5.10.
  • Log in to the PRO app.
  • Go to settings/Wifi on your phone.
  • Connect to the heat pump's serial number (you may receive a prompt that the device lacks internet and if you want to connect anyway, you should proceed).
  • In the app, click on the "+" next to local, then click on the serial number that appears.
  • You should now be connected via direct connection and can run the startup wizard, update software, change settings, and view operational information.

Updating S-series Software:

  • Direct connection via myUplink PRO app.
  • Via remote app/web if the unit is connected to myUplink PRO premium.
  • Connected to a network and linked to an account on myUplink, the icon appears on the display under product overview.
  • Via the myUplink app if the unit and smartphone are on the same network and the unit is connected to myUplink.
  • Via USB memory, current software can be downloaded from www.pro.myuplink.com.

Updating Devices via myUplink PRO:

A new version has been released on the web/app allowing service companies and installers to update the heat pump via myUplink PRO if the customer is connected to the cloud.
