How can I purchase spare parts?
Speak to our installer care team on 0330 311 2202 or installer.care@nibe.co.uk, referencing the spare part product code(s) you require.
Can I purchase spare parts through a distributor?
Spare parts can be purchased through any of our distribution partners.
How long do spare parts take to arrive?
Depending on stock levels and the urgency of the situation, we can ship spare parts for next day delivery in some cases.
Are spare parts covered under warranty?
If the unit that requires the spare part is still under warranty then NIBE will cover the cost of the spare part. For more information, please read our warranty claims procedure.
What information do I need to provide when ordering a spare part?
We only require the product codes and quantities of each spare that you need. If you wish to raise a warranty claim, please follow our warranty claims procedure.
Can I return unused or incorrect spare parts?
Spare parts can be returned subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Can I get technical support for installing a spare part?
If you require support for changing spare parts, please get in touch with us at technical@nibe.co.uk before you go to site for clarity, or call our technical help line when you are on site.
