Watch our how-to video

1. Navigate to the Website

    • On your web browser, navigate to https://pro.myuplink.com/.

2. Create or Log In to Your Account

  • If you’re a new user, select Create account and follow the prompts.
  • If you already have a NIBE account (e.g. used with myUplink or myUplink PRO previously), log in with your existing details.

3. Link Your Heat Pump System

Step 3.1 – Check Prerequisites

Before linking, make sure that:

  • The NIBE heat pump is registered on myUplink, and you have the email address of the end-user's account.
  • Your phone or tablet is connected to the internet and you are logged into the myUplink PRO web app

Step 3.2 - Add the System in the App

  1. On the home page, press the “+ Add" button
  2. If the heat pump is on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone, press "Connect locally"
  3. If not, press "Request Access"
    • Enter the email address of the myUplink account registered against the heat pump
    • Name the system and Press "Next"
    • The homeowner will receive an email asking them to accept your invitation.

Step 3.3 - Verify the Connection

  • Once the end user has accepted the invitation, their system will appear under Systems on the home page.
  • Check that the status is Online (a green check mark will confirm).

If the system shows as Offline or can’t be found:

  • Make sure the heat pump has a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
  • Restart both your router and the heat pump controller.
  • Double-check that the end-user accepted the invitation

4. Explore the Dashboard

Once connected, the home screen provides a clear overview of the system:

  • Current temperatures (indoor and outdoor)
  • System mode (heating, cooling, or standby)
  • Hot-water status and energy use
  • Recent alarms or notifications

Tap through the icons or menu tabs to view detailed performance data or adjust your preferences.

5. Use Remote Control Features

With the system linked, you can:

  • Adjust set-point temperatures or change heating modes remotely.
  • Activate eco mode or holiday mode.
  • Schedule heating and hot water
  • Receive push notifications if the system logs an alarm or requires attention.
  • Review historical performance data to track efficiency trends.
  • Adjust settings to balance comfort and energy use.
  • Keep both the app and system firmware up to date
