With myUplink PRO, you can control your heat pump remotely. The platform offers a tool for easy fault diagnostics, system monitoring, and adjustment of the heat pumps. You get access to multiple menus, installation settings, and software updates. This can reduce the need to visit installations in person and instead offers an intelligent solution for remote optimization. If there is ever a need for a spare part for a heat pump, you can click directly from the device overview page to NIBE Professional », where only right parts for that heat pump are shown and can be purchased (market dependent ). This is how easy it is to get started with myUplink PRO
1. The end customer connects the heat pump to the internet and connects it to a myUplink account.
2. You download the myUplink PRO app, where you find apps, or use myUplink PRO »
3. You register a myUplink PRO account.
4. You choose and activate a payment method.
5. You request access to the end consumer's device.

Future-proof
myUplink PRO receives continuous updates and improvements. The latest update included updating the dashboard and the link to the spare parts. Data access is given after consent from the end consumer, meaning the solution is GDPR-secured. The communication between the cloud and you, is fully encrypted.
FAQ myUplink PRO
- Click on register account, enter your e-mail, and choose a password. Approve the terms of use and click on the next page.
- Fill in your name and address information and then click on register. A verification link will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
- Click the link, log in, and fill in your company information. Choose BRAND NIBE by starting to write N, and NIBE will appear. Approve the subscription term and click on register.
VAT number = Every VAT identification number must begin with the code of the country concerned and followed by a block of digits or characters.
You can only order the “Cloud service” through the web-based page. Log in with your credentials, and under Service Partner/Subscription, you can order the service.
- Activate direct connection on the heat pump in menu 5.10.
- Log in to the myUplink PRO app and scan the QR code on the S-series display under menu 5.10 or follow steps 3-5 below.
- Go to settings/wifi on your phone.
- Connect it to the heat pump serial number (you will probably get a question about the device lacking internet, and if you still want to connect, do that).
- Go into the app, click on the + next to locally, and then click on the serial number that appears.
- You should now be connected via direct connection and be able to run the start guide, update software, change settings, and see operating information.
