Smart Room Comfort
With NIBE SRC, you get next generation of intelligent indoor climate control — powered by ML/AI and designed for perfect comfort.
SRC offers machine-learning-based zone temperature controller that predicts when your home needs heating or cooling — and when it doesn’t. It learns your home’s unique thermal behaviour, usage patterns, and building characteristics to maintain the ideal temperature in every room, automatically and efficiently.
The result? World-class comfort with optimized energy use — every day, all year round.
How it works
SRC uses a model-predictive AI algorithm that continuously analyses and forecasts the indoor climate based on a wide range of factors:
- Historical usage patterns and occupant behaviour
- Solar irradiance (measured and calculated)
- Current and forecasted outdoor temperatures
- Actual indoor temperature readings from sensors
- Building insulation and structural properties
- Smart Price Adaption, PV and scheduling user settings
By combining all these data points, SRC calculates the optimal supply temperature — ensuring your home reaches the desired comfort level at the right time, without wasting energy.
SRC works with both radiator and wooden underfloor heating systems, supporting up to 8 climate systems and 40 zones. Each room can be individually optimized — or grouped for system-wide efficiency.
Zone configuration and adjustments can be easily managed via the myUplink app or directly in the heat pump’s menu (1.3.3).
FAQ
To activate the function, you connect a temperature sensor and select that it should control (heating, cooling and/or humidity) a zone (menu 1.3.3) and a selection to be made on the climate system that this zone shall affect the same (menu 1.3.4).

Menu 1.3.3 shown.
Zones are individually controllable areas in your home (numbered 1-4 in the example below), created by connecting smart accessories such as NIBE sensors (e.g. NIBE CDS 10 or others) to your NIBE heat pump. These zones enable local adjustment of the indoor climate by controlling temperature, humidity and CO2 levels to optimise comfort and energy efficiency. You can create multiple climate systems (A and B in example below), where each system can contain multiple zones, for example one zone for the living room and another for the kitchen, providing flexible and demand-driven regulation of heating.

Control the heating room by room, the wireless thermostat allows you to control the radiator via the myUplink app on your smartphone or directly on the thermostat. It helps you to achieve a comfortable indoor temperature, heat rooms only when you need them and save energy. For example, by lowering the temperature in the bedroom before nightfall.
With SRV you can achieve different room temperature setpoints even being on the same climate systems as other rooms.
Two alternatives here:
1. The SRV is set to not affect the climate system, then the SRV will act independently doing its best with the available supply temperature.
2. Or if the SRV is set to affect the climate system, then the SRV will request a higher supply temperature if the room demands cannot be fulfilled with the actual supply temperature.

This is the secret to the great comfort with SRC.
AI-driven temperature control for heating and cooling
Learns your home’s patterns for unmatched comfort and efficiency and adapts in real-time to indoor and outdoor conditions for consistent comfort, especially during change of seasons with fast changing conditions.
Energy-optimized performance
Minimizes energy use by predicting when heating or cooling is needed.
Seamless integration
Works perfectly with Smart Price Adaption, scheduling, Integrated PV solutions and SG Ready modes.
Flexible zoning
Control up to 8 climate systems and 40 zones with room-specific precision.
Climate systems can also be called heating and/or cooling systems. The home is heated or cooled using radiators, floor coils or fan coils.
