Important update required for NIBE F-series to ensure continued connection to myUplink - October 2025

On November 30th, Microsoft will implement a security update in the cloud services that myUplink uses to connect NIBE F-series products.

This update means that an older type of encryption, which protects the information when the product communicates with myUplink, will no longer be supported. Since the product uses this older encryption, its software needs to be updated to the latest available version 9719R2, which includes a more modern and secure solution that meets Microsoft’s new requirements.

Without the update, the product will no longer be able to connect to myUplink after November 30th, and will therefore lose its connection.
